Inspect before removing parts

Rotate the device, check every fastener and note visible dirt or damage. Inspection prevents the most common mistake: pulling a panel while one hidden screw is still attached.

Disassemble methodically

Work from the exterior toward the board. Remove batteries and covers first, then cables, shields and internal modules. When a part will not move, stop and look for another connection.

Clean, test and replace

Clean reusable pieces before fitting replacements. Compare the reported fault with the damaged components and buy only the parts the job requires.

Reassemble in reverse

Restore internal modules before shields and covers. Perform a final visual pass so no socket, ribbon or screw is left empty.

A perfect rebuild is not fast by accident—it is organized.
